Pear Mostarda
A delicious sweet and sour condiment that has it's roots in Italy. We make it at the restaurant with fresh pears, dried apricots, dry cherries, sugar, olive oil, mustard seeds, bay leaves, and spices. Our pear mostarda pairs beautifully with roasted meats, salamis, and cheeses. We use this on our Tuscan Pork Loin Sandwich. 10 oz. jar
